Account and data we process
When Supabase is configured, Sisterria creates an anonymous Supabase account. We store your birth date, language, derived Matrix of Destiny values, and daily reading history so the app can provide and restore these features. We do not require your name, email address, or phone number.
Cycle data on this device
Period start dates, cycle and period lengths, selected symptoms, manually marked days, and notification preferences are currently stored in your browser on this device. They are not written to Supabase by the current app version.
Use and sharing
We use the data only to operate Sisterria. We do not sell personal data. Supabase and our hosting provider process data only as service providers needed to run the app. Sisterria does not provide medical advice.
Security
Production data is transmitted over HTTPS and Supabase row-level security restricts account records to the authenticated anonymous user. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Supabase account data is retained while the anonymous account remains active, unless you choose Delete account and data in Profile. Inactive anonymous accounts are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity. Profile deletion removes the anonymous account, birth date, derived Matrix, and readings, and clears Sisterria cycle data from this device. Sisterria does not currently maintain application database backups. If an operator backup process is introduced, this policy will be updated with its retention period before that process is enabled.
Lost anonymous account access
If you lose browser or app storage, you may also lose the only session that identifies your anonymous account. Contact j29977099@gmail.com and include the anonymous user ID if you saved it. Without that identifier we may be unable to reliably locate the account; stranded anonymous accounts are handled by the operator cleanup process.
